Lockdown 2 Update – Same Day Local Deliveries!01.11.20
With a new lockdown starting this week, our last day operating as a shop will be Wednesday 4 November (Update – we are also now operating as a shop on Saturday’s only, 12 to 5 for walk in or click and collect). From Thursday 5 November we will be offering a new delivery service.
Deliveries – Same day local delivery if ordered before 2pm
We are changing our ordering process for quicker and more flexible delivery. We will deliver to PL1-7 and PL9 Tuesday to Friday between 6:30pm and 8pm and Saturday 4pm to 6pm. If you want same day delivery on any of these days, orders must be emailed before 2pm.
The minimum order is £20, with free delivery over £40. The following delivery fees will apply for orders under £40:
PL1, PL2, PL3, PL4: £2
PL5, PL6: £3
PL7, PL9: £4
If you live locally, but not in any of the above postcodes, we may be able to make arrangements for you to order from us. Drop us an email to check.

- Your name
- Your address
- Telephone number
- Where you want us to leave your order
- A list of the beers you want:
- Brewery name
- Beer Name
We Can Choose For You
If you’re not sure what specific beers or ciders you want, for instance if you are buying a gift, we are happy to make selections for you, taking account of any information you give us, such as preferred breweries and styles. Just let us know in your email. We will also have some set packs available to make it easier to choose.
We will email you to confirm your order by 3pm on the day of delivery, and send you an invoice to pay online. Please be patient, we will get back to you.
Stock will be allocated on a first come, first served basis – we will let you know if anything you have ordered is out of stock.
We will not be processing new orders made after 2pm on Saturday until Tuesday, these will be picked up on Tuesday for our next collection or delivery schedule.
We will only be taking orders via email – please don’t phone us or use our social media channels to place an order.
If you are ordering a growler fill, please state the size you want, and whether you need to purchase a new growler, or want to swap an existing growler.
If you want to swap an existing growler, please ensure your empty growler has been thoroughly cleaned, and leave it with the lid on outside your door so we can collect it.
When packing and delivering orders, we will maintain strict hygiene routines. Deliveries will be contactless.
We will collect and hold information we require in order to administer and deliver orders. We will not use your information for any other purposes, and will delete it once things are back to normal.
